APPLICATION PROCEDURES
Bachelor level applicants are required to have completed their secondary education and possess university eligibility. Also, applicants must meet the minimum grade point average requirement.
Master level applicants are required to have achieved a Bachelor's degree.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

filled out application form ;

copy of a secondary education certificate and/or diploma of Bachelor's degree (translation is requested if this document is not in English). Both copy and translation have to be attested by a notary;

transcript of records (translated in English and attested by a notary);

copies of the identification pages of passport;

2 passport size photos

receipt/cheque of application fee for 140 EUR;

non-native English speakers are requested to present a copy of TOEFL/IELTS score report. The score of TOEFL test should not be less than 500 (173 computer based, 61 iBT). Requested IELTS score: 5,0 and above;

CV or thesis proposal or motivation letter (Contact IEC)
A successful candidate will be informed of the positive decision of the Admission Council by a Letter of Conditional Acceptance, accompanied by a Study- Agreement and Invoice for the first year Tuition Fees.
Certification of the Enrolment
When the University receives the Study- Agreement signed by you and the requested fees you will be issued a Certification of Enrolment. With this document you can apply for the temporary residence permit for study in Estonia.
